Automotive/Truck Leasing & Fleet Management Regional Sales Manager
We are looking for a talented Regional Sales Manager to lead our sales team into the next phase of success for our business. As the Regional Sales Manager, you will be leading a small sales team and report directly to the VP of Business Development as well as have input into the direction we are going as a company.
As the Regional Sales Manager you will also be expected to grow an existing portfolio of house accounts while improving upon the size of that portfolio.
- Developing Sales Strategies and execution thereof
- Creating a successful and enthusiastic sales environment
- Thinking outside the box
- Nurturing high level relationships with customers
- Building and developing strong business relationships with new and existing clients
- Developing and presenting effective proposals to all customers
- Negotiating sales contracts
The successful applicant will have a strong sales management background within the Automotive/Truck Leasing and Fleet Management industry with a hunger to advance to the next level (VP/Business Development). Significant experience within the fleet arena will be looked at as highly advantageous along with demonstrated examples of developing and sustaining within the fleet culture.

We are looking for that talented Sales Consultant that loves to drill down into the depths of a prospects business to see what they can do to honestly assist in the growth of that business. As a Fleet Management Consultant, you will be expected to develop strong business relationships with new prospective clients.
