Sales Admin:

  • Manages pricing, ordering, and procurement of all lease assets including, setting up quotation files for sales staff to use to develop lease quotes as well as acceptance, and then all associated contract documentation
  • Monitors assets on order from factories and keeps the Team informed of such Status.
  • Communicates with vendors on ordered and out of stock vehicles and equipment to be leased, in conjunction with the sales staff, pre-, and post-delivery
  • Manages initial registration process as well as oversee proper UCC filings with Attorney Vendor
  • Maintains and Manages job specific Excel spreadsheets
  • Produces Bank Funding documents.

Accounting Dept. Clerk and General Office:

  • General Accounts Payable clerk using Quick Books
  • General Office work using Excel Spreadsheets to organize off lease vehicles and their disposal
  • Use of used car value guides to produce estimated values for the disposal Manager to utilize.
  • Set up and organization of physical files for off lease / sold vehicles.
  • Produce docs and all associated paperwork for vehicles.

Accounting Dept. Clerk and General Office:

  • General Accounts Receivable and Billing Clerk
  • General office work extensively using Excel Spreadsheets and a Custom Asset management accounting system
  • Lots of Identification work and authorization for payment. IE excise tax bills, insurance certificates, parking ticket management
  • Also responsible for abatements on the previous mentioned expensive where the vehicles have been retired
  • Primary assistant to Controller

Controller/ Office Manager:

  • Full Charge Book Keeper / Accountant responsible for the accuracy of all entries and all Financial Statements including specialized revenue stream, P&Ls
  • Oversees the entire administrative front end as well as the back room
  • Reconciles all GLs
  • Trouble shooting all administrative front end as well as the back room issues
  • Company’s IT liaison with outside vendor
  • Liaison to Sales Manager for high-level administrative concerns
  • Right-hand person to the company President, becoming involved in most high level decisions regarding customer service, contractual questions, etc.
